Addicted to wood?
I think I’m addicted to wood and things made from wood. This is what my desk currently looks like:

A sturdy pen
What do you get when you combine letter wood with a gun metal pen tip? A very sturdy, very masculine pen.
Teakwood oil
You can find materials in the most unlikely places. This week my daughter went to a mueseum and came back with this bottle of teakwood oil for me. I’m really looking forward to using it.
A pen and a tiny vase
I really like the diversity of wood turning. One moment you making an other pen and suddenly you find yourself turning tiny dolls-house vases.
A fountain pen made of laburnum. I made this one together with the person who received it. We turned it together and put the pieces together. It was a very special experience for the both of us.
A little vase made from yew. It’s really tiny since it was made to fit into a dolls-house.
